That comes with honest limits, and each tool page states them. The PDF compressor works well on scanned or image-based PDFs, because it re-renders pages at lower quality; text and vector PDFs barely shrink that way, and the tool says so instead of promising a miracle. Very large files can be slow on older phones — start with one file and check the result before doing a batch.
